Key Requirements

Looking for a dynamic and high-energy Healthcare professional with sound understanding and experience in Healthcare sector.
Someone with the communication and business skills to develop a road map for engaging providers to adopt EHRs and the ability to create strong messaging to convey to stakeholders who are prepared to move forward on this initiative, and to identify and address road blocks clinicians, health care providers, and the public may have to engaging in this dramatic change in how health care is delivered today.
Reporting to the Executive VP, the Practice Lead will, among other tasks:
- Advance the goals of HcIT Services to increase the adoption of EHRs by health care providers
- Develop and execute marketing plans for initiatives that maximize the impact of existing efforts and for developing new messaging to engage new stakeholders
- Evaluate opportunities for different messaging approaches and audiences and then driving the direction, development and launching of new efforts
- Address physicians' and clinicians' concerns in adoption of new use of information technology in the clinical setting; identifying potential 'crises' and develop appropriate responses
- Articulate roles, rules of engagement and contract relationships of participating physicians and partners
- Coordinate with and oversee the work of vendors retained to work with providers
- Execute the integration of various marketing tactics ' medical education, advertising, public relations, etc
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative market data to generate a deeper understanding of the stakeholders' needs and barriers to adopting new health information systems
- Develop and initiate market research to support strategic decision making
Requirements
• 5-10 years experience in the healthcare setting, medicaland/or product management/marketing experience within the health careindustry or within a medical education/communications agency, or otherrelevant and transferable experience.
• Knowledge of how to develop and implement market shaping/medical or health care education programs and/or professionalrelations preferred
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines at one time
• An understanding of how to effectively work with, evaluate, and manage external communication agencies
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills with exceptionally high attention to quality of detail
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Masters degree preferred
• RHIT, RHIA, or CHISP certification is a plus

Description: Responsibilitiesfor this role include performing the following duties:
